If you plan to submit a right-of-way kit (also known as an easement kit), please read these important guidelines for preparing and submitting easements. Note: The Land Services CADReview submission is a separate submission that has different requirements than the Development Services Division for approval. Submissions to Land Services must follow the instructions and examples above, while submissions to DSD must comply with the DSD Design Standards/WSSC 2020 Civil Drafting Standards. All sketches must have a unique number before being submitted and verified. To request a sketch number, please email Terry Blomquist or Barbara Dillman with your needs. Warning: The spatial location of vertical control stations should only be considered schematic. Use the location of the control station as an idea of the vertical checkpoints near your survey, write down those control stations, and then contact Tom Mayers to get digital copies of the actual control charts. .
