However, with the province not presenting a budget until the fall of this year, school departments hope that there will be no major changes in student and program funding. 2.8.1 Since the association is a bargaining partner for the teachers employed by each employer, each employer makes available to the association, at least once a year, no later than October 31, a list of its teachers who are members of the association, including the name, certificate number, residence address, telephone number and name of their school or any other place where they are employed. 17.1.2 Any teacher who, under the provisions of Section 242, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, paragraph 3, of the School Act, becomes an employee of the employer, retains any name received by the previous employer, provided that the teacher remains in the same school. 3.4.6 For the purposes of this section, the teacher is required to submit, before paying experience supplements, a statement from former employers that this experience consisted of teaching students in a school from kindergarten to class 12, under the authority of the employer of a provincial, national or national ministry of education. 6.1 ETP DEFINITION: From September 1, 2017, the part-time teacher VZ will be determined by the ratio of the teacher`s effective annual teaching time to the teaching time of a full-time job at the teachers` school.
